Session policy +

Written follow-up. Each session includes a brief written summary of key considerations and recommended next steps, delivered within three business days. It captures the principal points discussed and is intended to help you move forward. It does not constitute a formal assessment, legal opinion, implementation plan, or other separately commissioned deliverable.

Rescheduling. Sessions may be rescheduled once without additional charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to advisor availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as late cancellations. Additional rescheduling requests are subject to CAS Strategies’ approval.

Cancellations and refunds. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time rescheduling credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, and no-shows, are nonrefundable. If CAS Strategies must cancel a session, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Preparation and scope. Sessions address a defined question or set of closely related issues. You may submit relevant background information in advance for the advisor’s review. Extensive document review, independent research, formal assessments, and additional deliverables are outside the standard session scope and may be arranged separately.

What a session is not +

A standard strategy session does not provide legal advice, penetration testing, certification, incident response, or a comprehensive technical assessment. If your question needs one of those, we will say so and point you to the right path.
